• Processing & Deductions: To keep our operations smooth, any approved refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days. Please note that the refund amount will be subject to a deduction of standard banking fees, payment gateway charges, or minor administrative costs incurred during the transaction.
• Services Already Underway: Because we dedicate time, talent, and resources the moment a service begins, any advance payments or deposits for services that have already started, been initiated, or completed are non-refundable.
